Medical Reproduction Center « L’Olivier »

This unit was set up in 1989. It allows the overall – medical and surgical – follow-up of the couple’s infertility problems, including various explorations and therapeutic modalities.

The ultrasound monitoring of ovulation inductions is carried out in a room especially equipped to this aim and located on the same floor.
The laboratory allows the realization of artificial inseminations with the husband’s sperm, in vitro fertilization and intracytoplasmic sperm injections. |

Since 2004, the center acquired the equipment necessary for sperm freezing (testicular biopsy) and embryo freezing.
Moreover, since 2006 a company was set up that governs this center and which comprises thirteen physicians.
A biologist-pharmacist with a professional Master’s degree in human reproduction biology (Medical Faculty of Paris-Décartes) is taking charge of the biological section of the Center. |

It should be noted that the Center counts among its patients couples from neighbouring countries (especially from Libya and Algeria). |
